Das französische Wort für „Wiedergeburt“
Die Renaissance-Künstler und -Künstlerinnen griffen in Stil und Ästhetik
stark auf die Bild- und Formensprache der griechischen und römischen Antike zurück.
Diese Rückbesinnung verlieh der Epoche später auch ihren Namen "Renaissance".
Viele bedeutende Künstlerinnen und Künstler dieser Zeit entwickelten ihren Stil daher nicht vollständig neu, sondern fanden ihre Inspiration in den Idealen und Gestaltungselementen
vergangener Epochen. Für die neue Kollektion kommt die Inspiration vom berühmten
Universalgenie Leonardo da Vinci.
25 Jahre EDITH AGAY
Das Label EDITH AGAY feiert dieses Jahr sein 25-jähriges Jubiläum.
Dabei werden beliebte bekannte Kollektionsteile mit zeitgemäßen Entwürfen
in einer neuen Formulierung kombiniert und auf eine selbstbewusste Ebene gehoben.
Wie man es bei dieser Linie kennt, unterstützt die Farbpalette mit den Grundfarben
Weiß, Schwarz und Rot, unterstrichen von goldenen Akzenten, dieses Konzept.
Die strukturreichen Stoffe schaffen zusätzliche Dimensionen und die geschickten Drapierungen
in reiner Seide formen eine einzigartige architektonische Gestaltung am Körper,
deren signifikante Ästhetik durch die Bewegungen der Models noch betont wird.
All diese Aspekte lassen die EDITH AGAY "Renaissance" Coll. ’25
zu einer experimentellen Reise werden, bei der Mode und Kunst
eine eindrucksvolle Symbiose eingehen.

Her concepts and shapes reflect the contradictions of the rational and emotional life world

Edith Agay regards fashion as architecture for the body.
Her turning towards geometrical principles results in strict silhouettes mixed with playful-feminine elements.
Her individually adjustable creations should above all serve to “celebrate the moment”.
